Bedruthan Steps
From the National Trust owned car park at Carnewas (with a tea shop there as well, open in season), there is a path with rather steep steps down to a vast expanse of sand.
As it is not really suitable for children and families, due to the path down, this beach can be very deserted at times. Bathing is unsafe at any time and the step path is closed during winter (usually the start of November to the end of February)
