1. By submitting your site to WideOpenSpaces (the site) you agree to by bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Submission is currently free, but we do not guarantee entry into the directory.

3. Only websites relevant to the content of the Wide Open Spaces website should be submitted. Spam or off topic submissions will be rejected. In particular:

Your site must not promote infringing on or advocating violating someone's rights.

Your site must be complete with no "Under Construction" notices and all links and graphics should be working.

Do not submit a site with an address that redirects to another address or site.

Do not submit a site that contains the same or similar content as to another site you may already have listed in the directory.

Don't submit sites consisting largely of links without some quality substance.

4. You agree to place a link to WideOpenSpaces.co.uk, in one of the formats provided on the website prior to submitting to the directory. You further agree to maintain this link whilst your site is listed in the directory. We check the presence of links on a periodic basis and reserve the right to remove your entry should the link to 'the site' be removed.

5. We update entries on a regular basis, but it may take some time to add your link. You will be informed by email when your entry has been reviewed and your details added to the directory.

6. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as appropriate.
